Holmen to Hold Annual General Meeting on March 30, 2026

Holmen Aktiebolag has formally invited its shareholders to attend the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 15:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST) in Stockholm, Sweden.

Shareholders intending to participate and exercise their voting rights must ensure they are registered in the shareholder register as of Friday, March 20, 2026. Registration with the company is required by Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Shareholders can register through Holmen's website, via email, by post, or by phone.

The agenda includes the presentation of the annual and consolidated accounts, along with auditor reports. Key decisions to be made involve the adoption of financial statements, appropriation of earnings, and dividend entitlement.
