Hong Kong-based Home Control International Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Orbiva Limited, entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Indonesian health technology company PT Articura Tech Indonesia on July 23, 2026. The partnership focuses on advancing localized AI and AIoT digital health ecosystem solutions for Indonesia’s healthcare sector.

The collaboration will leverage the companies' complementary strengths in medical AI architecture, healthcare data processing, AI-powered software and hardware integration, and edge computing. The initiative aims to create digital health solutions that meet Indonesia's specific needs while complying with data sovereignty and regulatory requirements.

Orbiva will contribute its expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), AIoT smart devices, healthcare data processing, and edge computing technologies. Articura brings its experience in healthcare technology deployment, integration with hospital information systems, and its network of hospitals across Indonesia.

Key areas of collaboration include developing healthcare AI reasoning systems and intelligent engines compliant with local Indonesian practices and regulations. The partnership also plans to establish local healthcare data and knowledge systems, explore remote monitoring and digital health records, and expand AI applications within hospitals for functions such as pre-consultation triage and clinical decision support. The companies will also explore government collaborations and the development of localized large language models for healthcare AI.
