Home Telecom, part of the Telecom Acquisitions (TAL) group, has surpassed 15,000 customer reviews on the Trustpilot platform, achieving an average rating of 4.4 out of five stars. This figure represents a significant marker of customer feedback for the telecommunications provider.

The TAL group, which also includes brands like Fleur Telecom and Eclipse Broadband, has a reported annual turnover of approximately £30 million. The group maintains wholesale agreements with major network providers such as BT Wholesale, Sky Business, and Vodafone, alongside alternative network operators (altnets) like City Fibre and Virgin Media O2. These partnerships enable the company to offer nationwide broadband connectivity.
