HomeRun Raises $12 Million for Construction Material Quick Commerce

HomeRun, an Indian startup specializing in the quick commerce of construction and interior materials, has raised $12 million (approximately ₹114 crore) in a Series A+ funding round. The round was led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors including Sorin Investments, Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital, and Consumer Collective by Atrium.

The newly acquired capital is earmarked for geographical expansion and further investment in the company's supply chain, technology, and category development. HomeRun reported completing over 100,000 orders and achieving an eightfold increase in business over the past 12 months, establishing itself as the largest retailer in Bengaluru within its key product categories.

Founded in 2024, HomeRun aims to deliver construction and renovation materials within a 60-to-90-minute timeframe. Its product range includes items such as cement, tiles, paints, and electrical supplies. Currently, the service is operational solely within Bengaluru.

The company intends to expand its reach to cities like Hyderabad and Pune by establishing new distribution hubs. The quick commerce model has previously seen success in sectors like grocery delivery, and HomeRun is now applying this approach to the construction materials market.
