Homewatch CareGivers of St. Cloud Awarded CHAP Accreditation

Homewatch CareGivers of St. Cloud has been awarded accreditation by Community Health Accreditation Partner, Inc. (CHAP), meeting the CHAP Home Health Agency Standards of Excellence. This designation marks the St. Cloud franchise as the first within the Homewatch CareGivers network to achieve this status.

The accreditation signifies that the agency meets rigorous, nationally recognized standards for quality in home health care. By achieving CHAP accreditation, the agency has also been deemed to meet the Medicare Conditions of Participation, a key step toward becoming a certified Medicare provider.

This evaluation by CHAP assesses the organization's structure, quality of services, resources, and long-term viability. The accreditation enables Homewatch CareGivers of St. Cloud to offer a broader range of home health services, including skilled nursing care that may be covered by Medicare for eligible individuals.

"Earning CHAP accreditation represents an important milestone for our organization and, more importantly, for the families we serve," said Ron Meyer, CEO and co-owner of Homewatch CareGivers of St. Cloud. "Our goal has always been to build an organization capable of supporting people with increasingly complex care needs while allowing them to remain safe and comfortably at home."
