Honasa Consumer Projects 30% YoY Growth in Q1 FY27

Honasa Consumer, the Indian personal care major and parent company of Mamaearth, anticipates a 30% year-over-year increase in its operating revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, ending June 30, 2026. The company attributes this projected growth to sustained momentum in its key product categories.

The reported net growth is expected to be in the mid-twenties percentage-wise due to a change in reporting guidelines by the Flipkart Group. Previously, Honasa recognized the full order value in revenue before deducting expenses, but the new guidelines deduct fulfillment and logistics costs prior to payment to the company.

Mamaearth is projected to achieve high-teen percentage growth year-over-year, supported by ongoing customer demand and an expanding offline distribution network. The company highlighted strong performance in its offline business, with improved in-store execution across general and modern trade, and increased direct distribution reach. The online channel is also expected to contribute healthy growth during the period.

Beyond its flagship Mamaearth brand, Honasa Consumer is diversifying its revenue streams through other brands like Aqualogica, The Derma Co, and Dr Sheth's, as well as through strategic acquisitions. Notably, the company recently secured a majority stake in nutraceuticals firm Fluence Pharma. These initiatives align with Honasa's 'Honasa 3.0' strategy, which aims to double revenue and improve profitability while reducing reliance on its primary brand.
