Hong Kong E-commerce Firm Buy&Ship Joins TSE Startup Hub
Hong Kong-based e-commerce platform Buy&Ship has joined the Tokyo Stock Exchange's (TSE) Asia Startup Hub initiative. The move aims to support the company's expansion in Japan.

Hong Kong-based e-commerce logistics firm Buy&Ship announced on September 25 that it has joined the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Asia Startup Hub. The company is the first Hong Kong scale-up to be included in the program.
The hub is an initiative by the Tokyo Stock Exchange designed to support Asian companies with ties to Japan in expanding their presence in the Japanese market and fostering partnerships with Japanese businesses. Buy&Ship stated that its inclusion will aid its expansion in Japan and pursue opportunities in cross-border commerce, brand partnerships, and advancements in AI and retail technology.
Buy&Ship already operates in Japan, with a warehouse located in Chiba and parcel forwarding services connecting Japan to Hong Kong. The company previously announced securing US$12 million in Series C funding to fuel global expansion and a US market launch.
A potential initial public offering (IPO) on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was cited as a possible outcome for participants. However, specific IPO plans for Buy&Ship were not disclosed.
