Honkarakenne Oyj has constructed three substantial luxury villas in the vicinity of the Levi ski resort in Finnish Lapland. The development, named Levi Spirit Villas, is situated 170 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle.
Each villa spans 460 square meters and is designed to host up to ten individuals. The construction utilized Honkarakenne's non-settling log frames, which facilitated a contemporary Scandinavian design featuring large windows. Environmentally friendly and natural materials were prioritized in the construction process.
The location of Levi Spirit Villas provides tranquility and privacy, while remaining a ten-minute drive from the services offered at Levi ski resort. The area is noted for its Arctic wilderness and has garnered international recognition, with Levi Spirit previously named among the world's top winter destinations by Time magazine.
The interiors of the villas blend high-quality materials with modern technology. The use of Finnish pine in the construction creates a comfortable atmosphere and promotes healthy indoor air quality. Each villa includes multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living area, a kitchen, a sauna, and several terraces.
