Honor has commenced the deployment of the latest MagicOS 11 software update, beginning with its V6 and Magic8 series smartphones.
Honor officially began the rollout of its MagicOS 11 update on November 6, starting with the Magic V6, Magic8 RSR Porsche Design, and the standard Magic8 models. The update distribution follows a phased schedule, with the Magic V5 and Magic7 series slated for receipt on November 7.
This software iteration follows recent releases for the Magic9 and WIN2 series, which received similar core feature sets in late October and early November. The company indicated that a follow-up patch is expected next week, which will introduce specific functionality such as dual-SIM signal stacking and additional system refinements.
Key features in this monthly update cycle include enhancements to system fluidity, an improved transparent mode toggle, and an overhaul of the PC desktop mode. Honor aims to complete the initial rollout of these optimizations to its broader user base throughout the first half of November.
