HostPapa's Parent Company Managed.com Ranks on Canada's Top Growing Companies List
Web hosting provider HostPapa's parent company, Managed.com, has been ranked No. 92 on The Globe and Mail's Canada's Top Growing Companies list. The company achieved 298% revenue growth over a three-year period.
Managed.com, the parent company of web hosting provider HostPapa, has secured the No. 92 position on The Globe and Mail's Canada's Top Growing Companies 2026 ranking in the Technology and Telecom category. This placement reflects the company's reported revenue growth of 298% between 2022 and 2025.
This marks HostPapa's sixth consecutive appearance on The Globe and Mail's list and its 11th inclusion in national Canadian growth rankings, which includes five previous entries on the PROFIT 500 list from 2013 to 2017. The company ranked No. 115 in 2025 and No. 189 in 2024.
Jamie Opalchuk, founder and CEO of Managed.com, attributed the growth to a strategy of building and improving acquired brands. He noted the September launch of Managed.com as a unified platform for brands including HostPapa, designed for the AI era. Opalchuk stated the recognition belongs to the company's more than 750 employees and its business owners, developers, and partners.
The company's expansion during the ranking period included launching new product lines such as dedicated server hosting, securing a $130 million credit facility, and acquiring Ingram Micro's CloudBlue business. Managed.com was formally launched on September 17, 2026, to provide AI-enablement services for businesses.
The annual ranking by Report on Business magazine highlights the revenue growth of independent Canadian companies over three years. Editors from The Globe and Mail acknowledged the innovation, ambition, and resilience demonstrated by the listed businesses.
