HotelPlanner Selects Amadeus to Expand Hotel Inventory
Travel company HotelPlanner has signed a long-term agreement with Amadeus to broaden its hotel offerings. The deal grants HotelPlanner access to Amadeus' extensive hotel content through the Amadeus Travel Platform for corporate and leisure channels.

HotelPlanner, a global provider of travel reservation services, has entered into a new long-term agreement with Amadeus IT Group. The company will utilize Amadeus Web Services to access the extensive hotel content available on the Amadeus Travel Platform. This partnership is set to enhance HotelPlanner's capabilities in serving both corporate and leisure travel segments.
The agreement supports Amadeus' ongoing expansion in the hospitality sector, aiming to complement its established position in air travel distribution and IT solutions for airlines. The collaboration is expected to improve HotelPlanner's service offerings and support its global growth strategy.
Tim Hentschel, CEO of HotelPlanner, highlighted the importance of the partnership for delivering accurate and timely hotel information. "It is critically important that we provide our customers access to the most accurate and timely hotel room inventory and user experience. Our new relationship with Amadeus gives us the opportunity to deliver advanced functionality and improve operational efficiency," Hentschel stated.
Amadeus views this collaboration as a significant addition to its customer portfolio, particularly strengthening its presence in the North American market. The company continues to see growth in both air travel and hotel distribution, with major brands choosing Amadeus as their technology and content partner.
