HOTO launches USB-C powered smart soldering iron with up to 140W
Manufacturer HOTO has introduced the new SNAPBLOQ-A06 smart soldering iron, featuring a screen and internal battery. The device offers up to 140W of power when connected to an external source and 60W on battery.

Manufacturer HOTO has unveiled its new SNAPBLOQ-A06 smart soldering iron, integrating a built-in battery and an LCD screen. The device is priced at 429 yuan (approximately $59 USD).
The HOTO SNAPBLOQ-A06 is designed for versatility, coming with three interchangeable C245 series soldering tips. These tips are suited for delicate component soldering, drag soldering, and handling thicker wires. The soldering iron features a pen-shaped body measuring 201×25.5×33.2mm and weighing approximately 148 grams.
Integrated on the side of the device is a color LCD display that shows real-time temperature, preset temperatures, and battery status. The interface can be switched for left- or right-handed operation. The grip is designed to be anti-slip with a low center of gravity, and a light is included at the tip.
The SNAPBLOQ-A06 houses a 2000mAh lithium-ion battery, enabling up to 60W of power when running on battery. When powered via an external USB-C adapter or a compatible power bank, the maximum output can reach 140W. The USB-C port also supports fast charging, which the company states takes no longer than 150 minutes. HOTO is a known tool manufacturer in China, focusing on smart and user-friendly power tools for the consumer market.
