Hoymiles Launches 22 kW DC V2X Charger for Integrated Home Energy Ecosystem
Hoymiles has introduced a 22 kW DC V2X charger designed to integrate with its HiOne All-in-One BESS, expanding its home energy ecosystem into electric mobility.

Chinese energy solutions provider Hoymiles has launched a 22 kW DC V2X charger, extending its home energy ecosystem to include electric vehicle integration. The new charger is designed to work seamlessly with Hoymiles' HiOne All-in-One Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
The V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) charger facilitates bidirectional power flow. This allows not only for charging electric vehicles but also for discharging power from the EV battery back to the home or potentially to the grid. This functionality adds flexibility to home energy management and could offer new revenue streams through grid services.
With a 22 kW charging capacity, the device supports rapid charging of electric vehicles. Hoymiles aims to create a comprehensive system that combines solar energy generation, energy storage, and electric mobility for households, thereby reducing reliance on fossil fuels and enhancing energy independence.
Hoymiles, known for its solar inverters and energy storage solutions, positions this V2X charger as a key component in its strategy to offer integrated energy solutions. The company views the convergence of electric vehicles and renewable energy as a critical element of future energy infrastructure.
