Chinese company Hoymiles has released a new 22 kW V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) DC charger designed to integrate seamlessly with its HiOne All-in-One BESS battery storage system. This new device extends Hoymiles' home energy ecosystem to encompass electric mobility.
The charger allows solar energy generated at home to be directly used for charging electric vehicles. Furthermore, the V2X technology enables bidirectional power flow, meaning energy stored in an electric vehicle's battery can be fed back into the household or even to the grid when needed. This enhances household energy independence and can provide flexibility in energy management.
