HPQ Silicium Inc. announced on May 2nd, 2025, that it has filed its audited annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and related CEO and CFO certifications for the financial year ended December 31, 2024. These filings were made with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) of Quebec.
The company stated that the initial filings were submitted in French to comply with the requirements of its primary regulator, as HPQ Silicium is a Quebec-based entity. An English version of the documents is expected to be filed once practically feasible. This action follows a previous announcement on April 30th regarding these financial obligations.
