HR Leaders to Convene in Paris for Future of Work Discussions

The international HR conference and exhibition, UNLEASH, is scheduled to take place at the Paris Convention Centre from October 20-22, 2026. The event expects to gather 8,500 leaders from 140 countries, representing over 100 million employees, to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is redefining the nature of work.

Keynote speakers include Nicolas Hieronimus, CEO of L'Oréal, and documentarian Louis Theroux. Hieronimus is set to detail L'Oréal's strategy of integrating talent, skills, and AI into a unified investment approach. Theroux will deliver the closing address, focusing on different perspectives on AI strategies and their implications for future conversations.

The agenda also features prominent figures such as HR industry analyst Josh Bersin, author Margaret Heffernan, neuroscientist Anne-Laure Le Cunff, and IMD professor Howard Yu. The conference will highlight a new category termed 'work technology,' which encompasses HR platforms that automate and redesign processes like hiring, training, and task allocation between humans and AI agents.

Other notable speakers include Jean-Dominique Senard, Chairman of the Renault Group, Eddie Wilson, CEO of Ryanair, and Robert Gibbs, former NASA official. HR executives from major global employers such as SAP, Google, and Adidas are also confirmed to participate.

Marc Coleman, founder and CEO of UNLEASH, described the Paris event as an antidote to AI-related pessimism, emphasizing that leaders will be showcasing how they actively reshape work and achieve success, rather than just discussing the changes.
