Huawei Cloud AgentArts receives top-tier certification from CAICT

Huawei Cloud has secured the highest 4+ rating for its AgentArts intelligent agent platform, following an assessment by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT). The certification marks the first time a product has reached this top tier under the CAICT’s enterprise-level agent technical standards.

The evaluation process examined the platform's capabilities across technical performance, application functionality, and service reliability. Key areas of scrutiny included cognitive abilities, task planning, business integration, knowledge management, and adherence to security and compliance protocols.

Designed for enterprise-scale deployment, AgentArts supports various development frameworks, including LangChain and proprietary systems. The platform focuses on four technical pillars: long-range task execution, security environments, deep industry-specific knowledge, and full-link observability. It caters to different operational needs through options ranging from fully managed environments to flexible code hosting for custom-built agents.

In addition to its professional deployment tools, the platform provides low-code orchestration features, allowing non-technical users to build and manage standard workflows. As enterprises move toward deeper AI integration, standardized assessments like this provide a benchmark for evaluating the maturity and reliability of AI agent architectures.
