Huawei FreeClip 2 Collector's Edition Ear Clip Headphones See Price Drop
The Huawei FreeClip 2 Collector's Edition ear clip headphones are available for 1146.8 yuan, down from their original 1499 yuan price. The reduced price includes online store discounts and government subsidies.
Huawei, the Chinese technology giant, has significantly reduced the price of its FreeClip 2 Collector's Edition ear clip headphones. Originally launched in June at 1499 yuan, the product is now available on JD.com for 1146.8 yuan. This price reduction is achieved through a combination of promotions, including a 100 yuan coupon applicable to purchases over 1200 yuan, along with regional government subsidies.
The Collector's Edition of the FreeClip 2 offers several enhancements over the standard model. It features a dedicated physical AI button that can activate voice assistants, such as Huawei's Xiaoyi or third-party alternatives on both Apple and Android devices. The charging case boasts a new "Luminous Box" design, resembling a jewelry box and utilizing vacuum plating technology. The earbuds are also positioned vertically within the case for easier retrieval.
This model was unveiled in May alongside Huawei's nova 16 series of smartphones. It comes in two color options: Star Sea Blue and Pearl Silver. Each earbud weighs a mere 5.1 grams and is constructed with a C-bridge design using liquid silicone material for improved comfort. The total battery life reaches up to 38 hours with the charging case, while the earbuds alone provide 9 hours of playback. A quick charge function allows for 3 hours of listening time with just 10 minutes of charging.
