Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 Tablets Begin HarmonyOS 7 Beta Recruitment

Huawei has announced the opening of recruitment for the HarmonyOS 7 Beta version specifically for its 12.2-inch MatePad Pro tablet series. This beta program allows interested users to apply for early access to the next iteration of Huawei's operating system.

To participate, users can navigate to Settings, search for "Software Update," and select the "Upgrade尝鲜" option. The company anticipates a review period of approximately seven working days for submitted applications. HarmonyOS 7 is positioned by Huawei as a transition from "Internet of Everything" to an "Agent Era."

The new operating system is expected to bring enhancements to device connectivity and user experience. Huawei's upcoming Mate 90 series smartphones are slated to be the first devices to feature HarmonyOS 7 upon their release this fall.
