Huawei Pura 70 Pro series receives HarmonyOS update
Huawei's Pura 70 Pro, Pro+, and Ultra models have received the HarmonyOS 7.0.0.109SP8 update. The update includes improvements to the text telephony feature and general system optimizations.
Chinese technology news outlet IT Home reports that Huawei has released the HarmonyOS 7.0.0.109SP8 operating system update for its Pura 70 Pro, Pura 70 Pro+, and Pura 70 Ultra smartphone models. The update is now available to all users through an over-the-air download.
A key feature of this update is an enhancement to the text telephony function. This addresses issues with unclear audio output, aiming to make communication clearer for the recipient when voice clarity is compromised. This feature is intended to improve accessibility.
The update also introduces improvements in information management, such as live window notifications for events like car relocation reminders or successful standby ticket alerts. Display effects in the control center have also been optimized.
Further enhancements include optimizations for the gallery app's stability and display, improved user experience when connecting headphones in specific scenarios, and an overall increase in system stability.
