Huawei Qianshan: 97.5% of Assisted Driving Users Active

Huawei announced on July 16, 2026, the release of its Qianshan Safety Driving Report for the first half of 2026. The report indicates that 97.5% of active users of its assisted driving system utilized the feature. The company stated that assisted driving is becoming a common practice for more drivers.
The report revealed that by June 30, 2026, the Qianshan system had accumulated 12.35 billion kilometers of assisted driving. Additionally, the vehicle-to-vehicle function, which guides the car from parking spot to parking spot, saw over 54.41 million uses in the first half of the year. This represents a significant year-over-year increase of 760%.
Further data from the report highlighted substantial growth in automated parking features. The system recorded 390 million instances of assisted parking use, marking a 225% increase compared to the previous year. These figures suggest a growing reliance on advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) in vehicles equipped with Huawei's technology.
