Huawei Releases HarmonyOS Development Kit Beta Update
Huawei has released HarmonyOS Development Kit version 26.0.0 Beta 2, introducing new features for audio device management and gaming services.

Chinese technology company Huawei has rolled out a new beta version of its HarmonyOS Development Kit.
The new development kit, version 26.0.0 Beta 2, brings several improvements and new functionalities for developers. The update builds upon the previous version 6.1.1 (24) and aims to enhance component material effects and state management.
Key additions include an enhanced Ability Kit, enabling applications to expose their functionalities as modular objects to other apps. The Core File Kit also sees improvements, allowing sandboxed directories to be shared at the system level. Additionally, the Graphics Accelerate Kit introduces a new pre-launch feature designed to improve the startup experience for gaming applications. The ArkWeb component has also been updated with an upgraded Chromium kernel to version 144.
The development kit also incorporates new tools for managing audio devices and enhanced gaming services. Huawei continues to refine its HarmonyOS ecosystem by providing developers with more comprehensive and efficient tools.
