Chinese technology giant Huawei has announced significant milestones for its HarmonyOS ecosystem. The company stated that the number of native applications developed specifically for HarmonyOS has now exceeded 100,000.
During the HarmonyOS Ecosystem Conference held in Shenzhen, Huawei's rotating chairman Xu Zhijun also revealed that the total number of apps available on HarmonyOS phones has reached over 400,000. Devices running the latest HarmonyOS 6 version have surpassed 80 million units as of August 20.
Huawei anticipates that the HarmonyOS ecosystem will reach over 100 million users in the fourth quarter of the year. This target indicates future growth expectations rather than current user figures.
