Huawei Updates Stellar Intelligent Network Solution for European Market

Huawei has introduced an updated version of its Stellar Intelligent Network Solution for the European market, aligning with its "Secure and Intelligent Connectivity" philosophy. The announcement was made at the Huawei Network Summit 2026 Europe, aiming to deepen intelligence across industries in collaboration with customers and partners.

The enhancements cover the Stellar Intelligent Fabric, Stellar Intelligent WAN, and Stellar Intelligent Campus Network components. For Stellar Intelligent Fabric, Huawei employs its internally developed 100T switches to create a two-layer architecture. This reportedly quadruples network scalability while reducing switch and optical module requirements by 30%, thereby lowering total cost of ownership. Additionally, a network packet load balancing algorithm (NPLB) boosts connection utilization to 98% and enhances training and inference performance by over 7%.

In the Stellar Intelligent WAN solution, Huawei's Starnet lossless algorithm achieves over 95% cross-regional computing efficiency and reduces private line costs by 60%. Its new layered model splitting technology keeps raw data local, mitigating leakage risks. Huawei also integrates a proprietary security board for real-time detection and blocking of intrusions. Furthermore, the company introduced a novel Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) board, merging communication and quantum security while cutting deployment costs by over 60%.

The Stellar Intelligent Campus Network solution claims an 84% reduction in wireless interference and offers double the network performance compared to industry averages, using coordinated access points and dynamic zoom antenna technology. Network maintenance has been streamlined through improved network autonomy, reducing the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to five minutes. For businesses, Huawei also launched eKit SME Network products tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises, featuring enhanced security and performance, including Aura10/AR580 converged gateways and S630 series switches.
