Chinese technology firm Huawei has announced a new Huawei Watch 6 Pro smartwatch in ceramic white. The device is set to be officially unveiled on September 7 during a product launch event.
The new Watch 6 Pro model is part of the broader Huawei Watch 6 series, which has already seen an international release. The series includes a standard and a Pro version, with the latter featuring the new X-Tap sensor technology and a 3500-nit OLED screen. Casing options for the Pro model include ceramic and titanium.
The Huawei Watch 6 series was released internationally earlier this month. Overseas versions of the Watch 6 and Watch 6 Pro utilize aluminum alloy or stainless steel casings, respectively, while the Pro model offers premium ceramic or titanium options. Both devices feature circular LTPO OLED displays protected by sapphire glass. The standard Watch 6 boasts a peak brightness of 3000 nits, while the Watch 6 Pro reaches 3500 nits.
Health monitoring features available on the international models include heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), and electrocardiogram (ECG) tracking. The Watch 6 Pro incorporates a 12-channel X-Tap sensor on its side, capable of collecting 14 body metrics. The smartwatches support over 100 sports modes, and the Pro version includes a dedicated exploration app for waypoint marking.
