Hugues Lecat Appointed to Guerbet Board, Nominated for Chairman Role
Guerbet, a specialist in contrast agents and medical imaging solutions, has appointed Hugues Lecat as a "Censeur" (director without voting rights) with the intention of him becoming chairman.

Villepinte, France, March 20, 2024 – Guerbet, a global specialist in contrast agents and solutions for medical imaging, announced the appointment of Hugues Lecat as a "Censeur" (a non-voting board director) with immediate effect. The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming General Meeting.
Following the shareholder meeting, Lecat is slated to be nominated as Chairman of the Board of Directors, succeeding Didier Izabel. Izabel will continue to serve as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee until the end of his term in 2026. Lecat brings extensive experience from leadership roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
