HUK-COBURG Adds Logo to Pitstop Garages
The appearance of approximately 300 pitstop garages in Germany is being updated. The change includes adding the HUK-COBURG logo, reinforcing ownership and brand integration.

Insurance group HUK-COBURG is rebranding its approximately 300 pitstop garages across Germany. The exterior of the garages will gradually feature the HUK-COBURG logo on a yellow background, in addition to the existing pitstop red and white logo on a blue background.
The rebranding aims to clearly signal the pitstop garages' affiliation with the HUK-COBURG group. HUK-COBURG has held a stake in pitstop since 2022 and increased its ownership share to 84.9% in 2025.
The first phase will see around 50 locations updated in 2026. In some branches that also house HUK-COBURG customer service offices, the full HUK-COBURG name will be incorporated into the logo. Other locations will display the HUK logo without the text.
This integration is part of HUK-COBURG's strategy to expand beyond insurance and become a mobility service provider. Beyond car servicing, pitstop's offerings include the sale of used and new cars, as well as leasing services.
