Humanoid robotics developer Noetix plans Hong Kong IPO
Noetix Robotics has filed for a confidential initial public offering in Hong Kong, aiming to raise hundreds of millions of dollars to support product development.

Beijing-based Noetix Robotics is moving toward a potential stock market listing in Hong Kong. Reports indicate the firm has filed confidentially for an IPO that could materialize by 2027, though final terms and valuation remains subject to change.
Founded in September 2023, Noetix designs and manufactures humanoid robots for consumer and commercial use, including its budget-friendly Bumi model. The startup reached a significant funding milestone in March, securing one billion yuan in a round led by Chendao Capital, which is backed by battery manufacturer CATL.
The proposed listing reflects the company's need for capital to scale operations and research. Noetix aims to diversify its reach into the education and commercial robotics sectors as the industry sees increased investment in human-machine interaction technology.
