Hunter Group ASA appoints Erik M Mathiesen as permanent CEO
Hunter Group ASA has appointed Erik M Mathiesen as the company's permanent Chief Executive Officer. Mathiesen has served as interim CEO since April.
Oslo, 25 September 2026 – Hunter Group ASA has appointed Erik M Mathiesen as the company's permanent Chief Executive Officer. The appointment is effective from 1 October 2026.
Mathiesen has been serving as interim CEO of Hunter Group ASA since 29 April 2026. His permanent appointment ensures continuity in the company's leadership.
Morten Astrup, Chair of the Board of Hunter Group ASA, stated that Mathiesen demonstrated strong leadership during his interim period. "We are very pleased that Erik M Mathiesen has accepted the position as a permanent CEO. We look forward to continuing the development of Hunter Group ASA under his leadership," Astrup said.
The company will continue its operations under Mathiesen's leadership, focusing on further developing its business.
