Hut 8 Reports Third Quarter 2026 Results and Campus Expansion
Hut 8 has finalized the commercialization of its Beacon Point campus and secured a $1.07 billion credit facility to support ongoing infrastructure development.

Energy infrastructure firm Hut 8 released its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, highlighting significant progress in its pivot toward AI-focused data centers. The company successfully commercialized its Beacon Point campus by securing a 352 MW lease agreement, bringing the aggregate contract value across its AI portfolio to approximately $26.6 billion.
Under its power-first strategy, Hut 8 has expanded its exclusive energy capacity by 1,300 MW, reaching a total of 3,180 MW. The company is also moving forward with the acquisition of two data center sites in Texas with a combined potential capacity of 230 MW. Current construction efforts are focused on bringing 1,330 MW of utility capacity online, with the first delivery of data halls at the River Bend campus slated for the second quarter of 2027.
To support these capital-intensive projects, Hut 8 closed a $1.07 billion senior secured revolving credit facility. The company also returned $250 million to shareholders through stock repurchases and increased its repurchase authorization to $1 billion. CEO Asher Genoot stated that the company intends to fund future growth at the project level to maintain a stronger corporate balance sheet and avoid equity dilution.
