Hyperscale Data Reports 64% Revenue Increase in Q3 2026
Hyperscale Data announced preliminary Q3 2026 revenue of approximately $40 million, a 64% increase year-over-year. Growth was driven by contributions from crane operations, defense, and lending/trading segments.

LAS VEGAS, NV – Hyperscale Data, Inc. reported preliminary consolidated revenue of approximately $40 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. This figure represents a 64% increase compared to the $24.3 million reported for the third quarter of 2025. The company cautioned that these are preliminary estimates and have not yet been audited.
The revenue growth was attributed to stronger performance across several of Hyperscale Data's business segments. Crane operations contributed approximately $12.2 million, up 26% from the prior year. The defense sector saw a significant rise, generating $12.4 million compared to $1.7 million in Q3 2025, partly due to the reconsolidation of Gresham Worldwide, Inc. Lending and trading activities reported revenue of approximately $4.7 million, a substantial increase from $0.1 million in the year-ago period. Software supporting blockchain operations also added $1.4 million in revenue, marking a 57% increase.
Offsetting some of the growth was a decrease in revenue from Bitcoin mining operations. CEO William B. Horne expressed encouragement regarding the diverse contributions from the company's portfolio and reaffirmed a focus on advancing the Michigan AI data center initiative. Executive Chairman Milton "Todd" Ault III highlighted satisfaction with the performance of individual business segments.
Hyperscale Data operates AI data centers through its subsidiary Sentinum. Its other subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, manages a diversified portfolio of businesses across financial services, digital assets, and industrial sectors. The company anticipates divesting Ault Capital Group in 2027 to concentrate on data center operations and digital assets.
