Hyundai IONIQ 5 N Priced Lower for 2026 Model Year

Hyundai Motor America has announced a starting price of $59,900 for the 2026 IONIQ 5 N high-performance electric SUV, excluding a $1,600 destination charge. This represents a $6,300 reduction from the previous model year's MSRP, making the vehicle more attainable for performance driving enthusiasts.

Updates for the 2026 model include the adoption of a NACS port for access to Tesla's Supercharger network, an enhanced N Drift Optimizer with ten selectable stages, and a dual amperage Level 1/Level 2 combination charger. A new Performance Blue Pearl exterior color is also available.

The IONIQ 5 N, Hyundai's first all-electric N model, delivers up to 641 horsepower with the N Grin Boost engaged. It features N e-Shift technology that simulates the feel of an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission for a more engaging driving experience.

This pricing strategy aligns with Hyundai's goal to increase N brand leadership by making track-ready performance technology more accessible. The move addresses the growing market demand for high-performance electric vehicles.
