The solution aims to accelerate hiring processes and reduce candidate drop-off, incorporating embedded analytics for visibility into high-volume recruiting performance.
The release addresses the growing challenge companies face in filling a large number of roles quickly. Industries such as retail, healthcare, and logistics are experiencing a widening gap between job openings and applicant volume. ICIMS reported that frontline job openings increased by 9% year-over-year in May 2026, while application volume declined by 18%.
The ICIMS High Volume Hiring solution combines an AI-powered apply experience, streamlined workflows, and embedded analytics. Its objective is to enhance hiring velocity, decrease candidate drop-off rates, and measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
