ICP DAS-BMP to Exhibit Medical-Grade TPU Solutions at COMPAMED 2026
Taiwan-based TPU manufacturer ICP DAS-BMP will showcase its latest material innovations at the COMPAMED trade fair in Düsseldorf this November.

ICP DAS-BMP, a manufacturer specializing in medical-grade thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), is scheduled to display its latest product portfolio at the COMPAMED 2026 exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany, from November 16 to 19. The company's presentation will focus on materials engineered for specific clinical requirements, including low-migration and low-friction series.
The featured Arothane™ ARP-B20 series is designed to comply with ISO 10993 standards for implantation durations of up to 90 days, while the company’s new PFAS-free, low-friction TPU aims to eliminate the need for secondary coatings in catheter-based procedures. These materials represent the company's efforts to address the demand for high-performance polymers in the medical device sector.
During the event, the company will also formally participate in the Taiwan TPU Alliance. Established by Towards Buddha Co., Ltd., the alliance connects various stakeholders in the medical device manufacturing chain—ranging from extrusion and injection molding specialists to auxiliary equipment providers. The collaborative effort aims to streamline production processes and enhance the technical support capabilities for TPU-based medical manufacturing.
