IDnow Appoints Philippe Morel as Chief Executive Officer
IDnow, a European leader in digital identity and fraud prevention, has appointed Philippe Morel as its new CEO. Morel succeeds Andreas Bodczek.

Philippe Morel has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of IDnow, a company specializing in digital identity and fraud prevention, effective immediately. He succeeds Andreas Bodczek, who departs after more than seven years leading the company's expansion into a key European provider of digital identity and fraud prevention solutions.
Morel brings over three decades of executive experience from leadership roles in financial services, technology platforms, and regulated industries. His prior executive positions include serving as CEO of Railsr, an embedded payments and finance platform, and CEO of SETL, a blockchain-based market infrastructure provider. He also held senior positions at Boston Consulting Group.
The appointment coincides with IDnow's recent launch of its Trust Platform. This platform extends the company's offerings beyond traditional identity verification, aiming to help regulated organizations transition from "Know Your Customer" (KYC) to "Trust Your Customer" (TYC). It integrates identity verification, fraud prevention, biometric authentication, and digital trust services across the customer lifecycle.
IDnow anticipates that Morel's strategic leadership will guide the company through its next growth phase, adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes and sophisticated fraud tactics.
