Global strategic communications and performance marketing agency IDX has appointed Adam Holloway as its new Chief Creative Officer. Holloway will oversee creative strategy and quality across the company's global operations.

Global strategic communications and performance marketing agency IDX has appointed Adam Holloway as its new Chief Creative Officer. Holloway, joining in early November, will be responsible for creative strategy, quality, and consistency across IDX's U.K., U.S., and international operations. His role focuses on delivering more impactful, audience-centric solutions for clients.
Holloway joins IDX from Emperor, a corporate communications agency, where he served as Chief Creative Officer for 11 years. During his tenure, he played a key role in shaping the agency's creative direction and capabilities, leading work in brand, employee engagement, and corporate communications for major clients.
In his new position, Holloway will aim to broaden IDX's client offerings in content, film, digital, and brand. He will focus on helping clients communicate complex corporate and commercial narratives more clearly and engagingly. He will also work to integrate creative thinking with strategy and insights earlier in client discussions and develop talent across IDX's global hubs in the U.K., U.S., and India.
The appointment reflects IDX's client-centric approach and is part of ongoing investments in its executive leadership team to support international expansion and client demand. This follows a period of sustained operational growth and previous key appointments, including Clare Donald as Chief Production Officer and Danny Russell as Chief Customer Officer.
