ikbc launches new "Light Box 87" keyboard with magnetic switches
ikbc has introduced a magnetic switch version of its "Light Box 87" keyboard, featuring high polling rates and rapid trigger functionality for enhanced performance.
Chinese keyboard manufacturer ikbc has released a new variant of its "Light Box 87" keyboard, incorporating magnetic switches. This release follows the earlier introduction of a model equipped with mechanical switches and tri-mode connectivity.
The "Light Box 87" magnetic switch model is designed for gaming performance, boasting an 8kHz polling rate and a 32kHz full-key scan rate. It features a TKL (Tenkeyless, 80%) layout, a Gasket structure with a 7-layer filling and an aluminum positioning plate, and supports hot-swappable switches.
The magnetic switches offer adjustable actuation points with precision levels of 0.005mm and 0.001mm, complemented by Rapid Trigger technology for instantaneous response. The keyboard also includes integrated RGB backlighting and dual LED light strips for ambient lighting effects.
This new model is available in both single-mode and dual-mode configurations, with the dual-mode version including a 1000mAh battery. Pricing starts at 349 RMB (approximately $48 USD) for the base model and goes up to 479 RMB (approximately $66 USD) for the fully featured dual-mode variant.
