Private equity firm IMB Partners has completed a growth investment in Strategic Land Services, a heavy civil contractor. The transaction supports expansion of electric grid infrastructure in the Southeastern U.S.

Private equity firm IMB Partners announced on July 14, 2026, its completion of a growth investment in Strategic Land Services (SLS). Headquartered in Oakwood, Georgia, SLS specializes in heavy civil contracting and infrastructure services for electric utility projects.
The company, established in 1998, offers services including land development, grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and construction of power lines and substations.
