Imfinzi plus Imdelltra improved survival in small cell lung cancer
AstraZeneca's Imfinzi combined with Imdelltra demonstrated statistically significant improvement in overall and progression-free survival for first-line extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.

AstraZeneca Cision News announced today that its drug combination Imfinzi and Imdelltra has shown a statistically significant and highly clinically meaningful improvement in overall survival and progression-free survival in first-line extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
The positive top-line results from a planned interim analysis of the DeLLphi-305 Phase III trial reinforce Imfinzi as a backbone immunotherapy for small cell lung cancer across stages of the disease.
This combination marks the first and only immunotherapy, in conjunction with a bispecific T-cell engager, to demonstrate a survival benefit in this specific treatment setting.
The findings support AstraZeneca's ongoing efforts to expand the utility of Imfinzi in treating various forms and stages of lung cancer.
