Immersive Wisdom 5 Connects Global Users for Live-Data Briefings

Immersive Wisdom has announced Immersive Wisdom 5, a software update designed to enhance collaboration for geographically dispersed teams. The new version integrates users accessing the platform through web browsers, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and low-bandwidth DDIL client applications into a single, persistent collaborative workspace.

The Boca Raton, Florida-based company unveiled the software at AFA's Air, Space & Cyber Conference. Immersive Wisdom 5 supports live-data briefings and meetings, facilitating interaction with existing systems such as the Maven Smart System.

The software's new browser interface is lightweight and designed for low-bandwidth usage, allowing data access from headquarters to forward locations and the tactical edge. It also connects users with those employing Immersive Wisdom's native client application, which operates in constrained communication scenarios, including offline.

Immersive Wisdom 5 provides voice, chat, real-time presence, and user-driven live data wall creation. This functionality aims to support commander's update briefings and meetings by integrating with existing Programs of Record, COP systems, data layers, applications, and data sources.
