The Immunoglobulin National Society (IgNS) is holding its 15th National Conference this week in Las Vegas, drawing over 1,500 attendees from more than 500 companies. The event, hosted at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa from October 15–18, is dedicated to four days of education, collaboration, and networking aimed at advancing immunoglobulin (Ig) and biologic therapies.

The conference program features over 50 clinical and business sessions, offering more than 30 continuing education units. Discussions will cover the clinical, operational, business, and regulatory issues shaping the field as new therapies emerge, care settings evolve, and industry challenges grow.

IgNS focuses on advancing immunoglobulin therapy and biologics across all sites of care. The organization provides standards, education, and resources for healthcare professionals and patients, representing over 40,000 professionals and 9,000 patients in the health and industry sectors.
