Swiss-based medical technology developer Implantica has confirmed the availability of its RefluxStop implant across nine European countries. The device, which carries the CE mark, is currently positioned as a surgical treatment option for patients suffering from acid reflux.
The company’s primary distribution footprint in Europe includes Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, France, Austria, Sweden, and Norway. Implantica notes that the product is not currently available for commercial sale in the United States or other global regions outside of this specified European list.
