Inc42 Announces D2C & Retail Summit 2026 Agenda
Inc42 has released the agenda for The D2C & Retail Summit 2026, focusing on India's evolving commerce landscape driven by AI and quick commerce.

Inc42, an Indian media and information platform, has announced the agenda for its upcoming seventh edition of The D2C & Retail Summit 2026. The event, scheduled for August 19, 2026, at The Leela Ambience in Gurugram, will convene founders, investors, and operators from India's direct-to-consumer (D2C) and retail sectors.
The summit's theme, "Commerce In The Age Of AI & 10-Min Delivery," addresses the critical shifts shaping consumer brands today. Discussions will explore how quick commerce has reset consumer expectations and how AI is impacting operations, customer acquisition, and demand planning. The event will also address investor focus on capital efficiency in the current market.
India's e-commerce market is projected for substantial growth, estimated to expand from $165 billion in 2026 to $450 billion by 2031. This growth occurs within a retail sector that contributes significantly to India's GDP, yet still has a large portion of unorganized retail, presenting opportunities for digital-first and omnichannel brands.
The summit will feature the Indian Minister of Commerce & Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal, as the Guest of Honour. Over 600 attendees are expected, including more than 40 D2C and retail leaders participating in over 15 sessions. The event is presented by PhonePe, with co-presenters including Shadowfax and Glance.
