Inc42 Highlights Five AI Startups in September
Indian tech tracker Inc42 has identified five emerging AI companies focusing on delivering measurable value.

Indian tech tracker Inc42 has highlighted five startups that have emerged in September, focusing on the application and integration of artificial intelligence into business processes.
The report notes that AI development in India is shifting from models to their practical applications. Companies are building specialized models for sectors such as payments, healthcare, and agriculture. This trend indicates a move towards AI deployment, governance, and measurement, rather than solely focusing on demonstrations.
Inc42's and Google's "Bharat AI Startups Report 2026" predicts India's AI market will grow to $126 billion by 2030. Enterprise AI, in particular, is expected to see significant growth. Capital flows also support this development, with Indian AI startups raising $676 million in the first half of 2026, nearly four times the amount raised in the same period last year.
Among the September selections are Oppex AI, which helps accelerate the resolution of production incidents using AI; ProLearn, an AI-native learning companion for K-12 students; Quantum Tiger, developing sovereign AI infrastructure; and Vecton AI, offering production-ready AI for financial services.
These startups are not just using AI as a feature but are aiming to build businesses at the core of AI application, where it delivers tangible outcomes.
