Inc42 Launches Series on India's Quick Commerce Brand Strategies

Indian media company Inc42 has launched a new five-part series titled "The Quick Commerce Code." The series delves into how consumer brands are building, adapting, and scaling within India's rapidly expanding 10-minute delivery economy.

The quick commerce market in India is projected to become a significant opportunity, estimated at $40 billion by 2030. This shift is fundamentally altering consumer shopping habits and expectations for product delivery. Major platforms like Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart are already operating thousands of "dark stores" to facilitate these rapid deliveries.

For consumer brands, particularly in categories such as beauty, personal care, packaged foods, and household essentials, quick commerce presents opportunities for customer acquisition, demand testing, and growth. Success necessitates brands rethinking their product portfolios, pricing strategies, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics.

The series, produced in collaboration with Nitro Commerce, features conversations with founders and operators. It focuses on practical strategies, from customer acquisition and assortment choices to operational execution and profitability, aiming to provide insights into what truly works in India's fast-paced delivery market.
