Incline Equity Partners Acquires The Conrad Company
Private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has acquired The Conrad Company, a distributor and service provider of fluid power, motion control, and automation products.

Pittsburgh, PA – Private equity firm Incline Equity Partners announced on September 29, 2026, its acquisition of The Conrad Company (TCC). TCC is a value-added distributor and service provider specializing in fluid power, motion control, and automation products for industrial applications.
Headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, TCC serves a diverse customer base that includes manufacturing plants, food and beverage facilities, and other industrial clients. The company's offerings encompass pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, and lubrication systems, as well as compressed air products. TCC provides both product sales and ongoing technical service and repair capabilities.
"The Conrad Company's technical product expertise and high-quality service have supported long-term customer relationships," stated Michael Antonelli, Managing Director at Incline. He added that Incline plans to pursue opportunities for expansion into adjacent offerings both organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions.
