InCred Finance Reports 82% YoY Profit Increase to ₹172 Crore
Fintech firm InCred Finance saw its net profit rise by 82% year-over-year to ₹172 crore in the first quarter. The growth was driven by increased loan disbursements and improved operational efficiency.

InCred Finance, the lending arm of IPO-bound InCred Holdings, announced a consolidated net profit of ₹172 crore for the first quarter of FY27. This marks an 82% increase from the ₹94 crore profit reported in the same period last year.
The company attributed the significant profit jump to a rise in loan disbursements, enhanced operating leverage, and a strong asset quality. The cost-to-income ratio improved to 44.6% from 45.8% in the prior year's first quarter, indicating greater operational efficiency.
InCred Finance's loan book, excluding assigned loans, expanded to ₹14,809 crore. This growth reflects sustained demand across its five lending verticals. Asset quality remained robust, with gross non-performing assets (NPA) at 2.0% and net NPA at 0.7%, figures consistent with its risk-management approach.
The financial results are released as parent company InCred Holdings prepares for its initial public offering. InCred Holdings filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) in November 2025 and received approval from SEBI in May 2026. The public issue is expected to include a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹1,250 crore and an offer for sale.
