Indian AI Startup Clueso Raises $10 Million in Series A
Indian AI startup Clueso, which builds AI tools for business video creation, has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round. Y Combinator participated in the round.
Bengaluru, India – Clueso, an artificial intelligence startup focused on developing tools for business video creation, has secured $10 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Dharana Capital.
New investors included Founders Future and Neotribe Ventures. Participants in the funding round also featured Y Combinator and f7 Ventures. This latest investment brings Clueso's total funding to $12 million.
The company intends to utilize the capital to expand its enterprise sales efforts, enhance its AI capabilities, and introduce additional editing features to its platform. Founded in 2023 by alumni of IIT Madras, Clueso reports that over 1,000 companies, including clients like Atlassian and Zendesk, currently use its services.
The Indian AI sector is experiencing growth, with companies like Clueso aiming to address the demand for automated and efficient video production solutions in the corporate environment. The startup had previously announced a $1.4 million seed funding round in April 2024.
