Indian lending technology firm Seeds Fincap announced on October 1 that it has secured over 1 billion rupees (approximately US$10.4 million) in a Series B funding round. The Gurugram-based company operates as a non-banking financial company (NBFC), providing loans to small businesses across India.

The funding round was led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Participating existing investors included Z47 and Lok Capital, alongside new investors Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital. Seeds Fincap stated that the capital will be allocated to expanding into new markets and investing in its branch network, technology infrastructure, and risk management systems.

As of August 2026, the company reported assets under management totaling approximately 7.2 billion rupees (US$75.3 million). Its physical presence had grown to 164 branches. For the fiscal year 2026, Seeds Fincap's disbursements amounted to about 6.2 billion rupees (US$64.7 million).

The company aims to reach 10 billion rupees (US$104 million) in assets under management by March 2027. This latest funding follows a pre-Series B investment of 500 million rupees (US$5.22 million) from Z47 and Lok Capital.
