IndiQube to invest 350 million rupees in developer SaiEdge Realty
Managed workspace provider IndiQube has approved a 49% stake acquisition in SaiEdge Realty to bolster its commercial office development pipeline.

IndiQube has secured board approval to invest up to 350 million rupees in SaiEdge Realty. Under the agreement, IndiQube will acquire a 49% stake in the real estate developer, which will focus on constructing commercial office properties. The company intends to lease these spaces for its managed workspace operations once construction is complete.
The investment will be executed in tranches through equity subscriptions or convertible securities. SaiEdge Realty, incorporated in July, has yet to commence operations or generate revenue. This move aligns with IndiQube’s established strategy of leasing and customizing properties to meet the specific requirements of its corporate clients.
Alongside the investment, the company announced board changes, appointing Ishwar Subramanian as an independent director and chairperson of the audit committee, following the resignation of Avalur Gopalaratnam Muralikrishnan.
IndiQube, which debuted on the stock exchange in July 2025, posted 422.6 million rupees in operating revenue for Q1 of fiscal year 2027, a 37% year-over-year increase. While the firm narrowed its net loss to 23.9 million rupees during the quarter, it continues to compete with flexible workspace operators like Awfis and Smartworks.
